TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA PTY LTD RETURNS POLICY
Our returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the following carefully to ensure you are fully aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.
WHAT can be returned?
TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA will accept product returns (within 7 days of purchase) and provide you with replacement parts OR refund where:
- The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality or in re-sellable condition;
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose;
- The product is not what you ordered;
- If these requirements are not satisfied, TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA reserves the right NOT to offer a refund.
CHANGE of mind?
As all our suspension kits & Electronic Cancellation Kit's (EDC) are built/manufactured to order, TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA PTY LTD reserves the right not to offer a refund of product for change of mind returns.
If a product was incorrectly ordered via our website (https://titansuspension.com.au), via direct contact with our team or via our Authorised resellers, TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA PTY LTD reserves the right not to cancel the order or offer a refund of the product.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Customers have 7 days from the day they receive their order to lodge a "request for return" with TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA which will be reviewed based on our return policy conditions mentioned above.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Once "request for return" has been approved by TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA, customers will be provided with a label via email to have the goods returned.
HOW do customers return items?
All returns must be in the original packaging as supplied by TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA unless discussed otherwise.
SHIPPING for returns?
All return shipping costs are to be paid by the customers. However, in the event that an incorrect item has been sent by TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA, the return shipping costs will be covered.
For customer who purchase using the PayPal payment gateway, you may be eligible for shipping return compensation with PayPal. Please visit PayPal website for more info:https://www.paypal.com/au/webapps/mpp/returns
CREDIT for returns?
Customers will be credited through the original gateway purchase method.
Instore return option?
Customers are more than welcome to return items in person providing that the "request for return" has already been approved by TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA. Instore return address and details will be provided once this option is indicated and approved.
Damage Claims:
All merchandise is packed carefully and correctly before it leaves TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA.
All claims for damage or loss to your shipment must be made with the carrier within 48 hours. Damaged shipments should be checked in the presence of the carrier if/when possible. Please keep all shipment cartons and packing material for carrier inspection.
TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA may lodge an enquiry with the carrier depending on the extent of the issue.
Claims for shortage of items must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order. Extra shipping insurance will not be chosen.
Warranty Claims:
Our suspension comes with a 2-year warranty unless stated otherwise. If there is a fault, damage, or failure of the products, TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA must be notified via email, phone, or web inquiry within the time specified (2 years).
All warranty claims must be accompanied by evidence in the form of photos and/or videos to demonstrate the fault/issue in order for our engineers to review and approve the warranty claim.
TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA must review all 3rd party mechanic/qualified workshops assessments on potential faulty components before any components are removed from the vehicle. Only TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA can provide the final confirmation or sign-off on the status of a faulty component or a claim that a suspension kit supplied is not fit for its intended purpose.
If these requirements are not satisfied, TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA reserves the right NOT to offer a refund or process the warranty claim.
If provided with a replacement, the faulty suspension must be returned to TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA after a swap-over is completed.
TITAN SUSPENSION AUSTRALIA cannot be held accountable for any additional costs involved outside the original purchase. This includes, but is not limited to loss of income, additional transport costs or any other costs directly/indirectly associated with the original purchase, and labour costs incurred to install our product or its associated components. This would also include any replacement parts provided under a warranty claim or any other damage incurred due to a faulty or damaged part / component.
The following scenarios will NOT be covered by warranty:
1. Any item installed incorrectly;
2. Product damage as a result of an accident OR misusage of the product - this includes accidents that occurred during installation, vehicle collision accidents, and defective road conditions (potholes, damaged roads, etc).
